Late Shri Padam Chand Jain was one of the greatest visionaries, this country has ever produced, way back in the year 1947 Shri Jain had envisioned the dream of creating one of the country's first Branded carbolic soap producing units, it began as a small cottage industry and within a short span of time became a partnership firm and that was obviously not the end to this great Indian dream.

By the year 1986, it was turned into a private limited company by the name Pee Cee Soap & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. and by year 1989, a Public Limited Company, Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd. was listed, shares of which were fully paid & subscribed.

Group has got Four manufacturing units at Artoni - Agra(U. P.), Dholpur (Rajasthan), Malanpur - Gwalior (M. P.) and Pantnagar (U. K.) with combine manufacturing capacity to manufacture 29,000 T.P.A. Laundry Soaps, 20,000 T.P.A. Washing Powders, 14,000 T.P.A. Bath Soaps, 6,000 T.P.A. Tiolet Soaps and 5,000 T.P.A. Detergent Cakes.

Doctor Soap has been build on strong quality image platform, the group's policy to be quality conscious has helped them in getting quality mark of ISO 9001:2000 in 2004.

Doctor Soap has to its credit a network of over 500 distributors and 1.5 lacs retailers, In fact a very strong distribution system at its disposal in UP, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, Assam and parts of West Bengal and Orissa, in fact it is this fast extending and sound distribution system which has helped Doctor Soap become a member of the vast growing Indian family.
